Ich bin Ilka, Moderatorin aus Leidenschaft – sportlich, mit Witz und Charme auf der Bühne. Menschen zu begeistern und Infotainment zu bieten ist mein Anspruch bei meiner täglichen Arbeit. Über 5.000 Events habe ich bereits seit 2001 moderiert. Angefangen bei VIVA, bin ich heute als Nachrichtensprecherin bei „Hamburg 1 Aktuell” und Reporterin bei WELT im Einsatz und moderiere Veranstaltungen – auf Deutsch und Englisch – hybrid, digital und live mit den Schwerpunktthemen Digitalisierung, Automobil, Künstliche Intelligenz, Finanzen, Immobilien, Metaverse, IT/Cybersecurity, Start-ups und Nachhaltigkeit. All meine Expertise von der Bühne gebe ich auch als Coach für Rhetorik und Körpersprache weiter. 2020 zeichnete mich das Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie als „Vorbildunternehmerin” aus. 2022 erhielt ich die Auszeichnung „Digitale Orte” vom Niedersächsischen Ministerium für Wirtschaft, Arbeit, Verkehr und Digitalisierung für mein Streaming-Studio, Greenbox- und Tonstudio. 2020 schrieb ich mein erstes Buch „Empowerment – Wegweiser in ein erfülltes Leben”. 2022 erschien mein zweites Buch „Erfolgskompass – Deine Reise zum Erfolg”. Wenn ich nicht auf der Bühne stehe, dann ist der Sport meine Leidenschaft: Ironman, 25 Marathons, Alpenüberquerung u. v. m. sind meine Herausforderungen, denen ich mich immer wieder stelle. Neben der Moderation startete ich 2023 mit eigener Musik durch. Seitdem dominieren meine Pop-Schlager Songs wie „Elektrisiert”, „Wir leben hoch” oder „Dreh dich um” die Offiziellen Deutschen Airplay Charts (Radio Charts).
